Please keep in mind, we find that nearly 50% of all service calls could have been prevented by simple cleaning or pool maintenance. Please look over all your equipment and perform all the necessary tasks to see if this corrects the problem. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items that are determined to be is due to homeowners' negligence therefore you may be required to pay a service fee of up to $85.00.
